PC to play ETS2 MAXED OUT

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I would like to build a pc to play ETS2 (and ATS in the future) maxed out.
I would like to get minimal 30-40 FPS in 1080p with lots of heavy mods (Promods, other maps, trailers, trucks and graphic mods).
I would like to know minimum of specs that i would have to have, minimal GPU and CPU,...
Is it that what SCS means with the recommended specs? Because my pc now is close to the recommended specs and i cant only play the game at low settings for +30 FPS

I think, your System should be a little bit above the recommended requirements. Because recommended means not "the best". But also important: Your Computer shouldn't be trashed with a lot of Datatrash, and you should keep your Drivers updatet. My Computer fulfilled all this criteria and with it im playing ETS2 at Ultra-Graphics with average 50 FPS.

Some Information about my System: -> Prozessor: Intel i7 at 3.4 GHz
Graphical prozessor: NVidia GeForce GTX 570 with 1280MB
Memory: 8GB RAM
System: Windows 7 64bit

Thank you very much, so with 1000 euros I would have enough to build my machine !

mine costed about 800 and i play this game on ultra. Lol

CPU: AMD FX 6100 Hexacore 3,3Ghz
RAM 8GB Elyixier Memory 1333Mhz
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270X Vapor X 2GB
PSU: Be quiet! PurePower L9 630 Watt.

Yes, i think 1000€ are ok for a standart Gaming-PC. I paid 995€ for my Computer and i don't repent it.
